Airlines can't have all of pilots former records unless the pilot signs a waiver?!? That's absolutely ridiculous. Of course a pilot with bad record wouldn't sign the waiver, why would they? On, it reported that in the past 7 years regional airlines had a 150 deaths with major airlines only had 1. The difference in numbers is inexcusable.
