Judge Sotomayor’s decisions are, instead, almost always technical, incremental and exhaustive, considering all of the relevant precedents and supporting even completely uncontroversial propositions with elaborate footnotes.
In other words, she's a judicial wonk and, as the conservatives in the video acknowledge, a "tough target." In other news, she's personally is a bit inspiring, as Obama says. Good for her. We could do worse than a left-leaning sort-of-centrist I suppose.
