by Deb Cupples | As I mentioned yesterday, House Oversight Committee Chairman Henry Waxman -- and his staff -- are better than our top law-enforcement agencies at investigating and informing us taxpayers about corruption. That's why I smiled broadly when reading that Waxman had decided to look into the Lehman Brothers, AIG, and Interior Department scandals.
Waxman just went one better: he has set up a Lehman-AIG tip line, stating: "As the Committee investigates mismanagement and regulatory lapses that contributed to the current financial crisis, we want to hear from employees of Lehman and AIG as well as other Wall Street insiders."
Here's the link to that tip line: http://www.oversight.house.gov/contact/tiplines/financial.asp
