A few days ago, a top Democrat in Congress expressed willingness to cave in to Republicans (and to Industry-connected Democrats like Jay Rockefeller) on the Telecom Amnesty issue. Today's New York Times states that Republican presidential nominee John McCain also favors Telecom Amnesty.
This would be a good time for Democratic nominee Sen. Barack Obama to firmly oppose Telecom Amnesty.
