Bush's Very Special Tribute to 'Philippine-Americans'

by Damozel | The President of the Philippines, Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, is here visiting President Bush out of the grim necessity imposed upon her by a typhoon that destroyed her country's coast and wrecked a ferry carrying 800 people (HuffPost).  But no occasion is too sobering to stop the Frat-Boy-in-Chief from opening with a joke.

He said:  'Madam President, it is a pleasure to welcome you back to the Oval Office...  First, I want to tell you how proud I am to be the President of a nation that -- in which there's a lot of Philippine-Americans.
