Damozel's Quote of the Week: Bill O'Reilly's Endangered America (includes bonus compilation of blogger reactions!)

Damozelmatsmall_10 posted by Damozel | I've already commented on this in the note I posted on immigration, but really, this is too delightfully extreme not to deserve a space of its own.  Now we have Bill O'Reilly fighting valiantly to defend the "power structure" in his parallel universe America from the evil scheming of "the Left."  These raddled crones, hags, and assorted miscreants want to take all the power from the "white, Christian men" who presently wield it. They will stop at nothing.

You can read what he actually said here or watch the video yourself.  But allow me to fill in some of the gaps:

Feigning compassion---though not fooling white Christian men who know compassion's true meaning ("God blesses the white Christian man who's got his own")---though actually out of envy and spite, the Left will flood Bill O'Reilly's America from sea to shining sea (there is no global warming or industrial pollution in Bill O'Reilly's America!) with millions of brown people.

These brown people, under the guise of wanting to work,  will bring their own alien customs (widely understood to consist of stealing, selling drugs, and sleeping after lunch!), incomprehensible non-American dialect (known as  "Spanish"!), and  strange religious practices ( "Catholicism"!) into the land of the white, Christian males.  Once they gain a toehold, they will send for all their friends, neighbors, and cousins by the dozens. By this means, they will change the demographics of  Bill O'Reilly's America, making the Democrats all-powerful, because---as any white, Christian male can confirm---brown people seldom own enough money or consumer goods to qualify  for the white, Christian male Republican party.  Soon there will be no Republicans left, except perhaps in zoos and camps, where people will come to wonder and to jeer.

This IS "the hidden agenda" of  the angry crones, hippies, single mothers, welfare families, raddled harpies, vegetarians, atheists, wiccans,  homosexuals, homeless people, people of color, resident aliens, and Clinton-lovers of the Left (otherwise known as "Democrats.").

Here's the Pat Buchanan column that O'Reilly referred to.  Path to National Suicide, Human Events.com (22 May 2007).  "White America is in flight."   Read and enjoy!

And for more and deeper insight into Bill Reilly's plea to protect the endangered species known as the power-wielding white Christian male, I recommend ALL of the following.  Many address the question---I ain't going there---of whether McCain agreed with, silently endorsed, culpably failed to challenge, or simply faled to take in O'Reilly's remarks. I'm sure his handlers will be addressing the matter in due course.

I tried to pick mainly blogs that actually included some commentary and analysis, though I admit I picked one or two for the color they reliably bring to any political brawl..  (I already said what I had to say).

You be the judge or let one of these guys persuade you.

And just to show that even though I'm a Democrat,  I'm as fair and balanced as my beloved Fox News, I commend your attention to this posting:
